Poor service by Nedbank Car insurance claims department

I’m unhappy with Nedbank car insurance claims department! I had an accident yesterday evening and I was helped with towing and family run (which I‘’m grateful for). However, since this morning 8am I’ve been calling their number ***in order to lodge a claim and summit SAPS AR number and no one is picked up my phone in this 5 hours. I called the emergency and towing department and they transferred me to AUTO & GENERAL insurance instead of Nedbank claims department. I lodged the claim via email, not even an automated response was sent to me. I am so unhappy with this service. I need clarity and help. I don’t even know how I am supposed to get to work.
