Poor service

I regret opening an account with this bad servicing bank their call centre is actually the worst Sunday one of their agent hung up on me while as I still taking even today Zama hung up on me while as I was still talking they never listen to you they just to quick to hang up it’s like they don’t care about those customers I have been with Nedbank for only 6 months now but I have so much to say about their bad service Capitec has to be the best compared to Nedbank
