Poor service

I am having a problem with Nedbank they have close my money app and my money keeps on desapearing, each an every time when I download my app it says my number has been locked I don't how possible is that, at first it was showing ather account under my profile, Kagiso branch have tried to help me and they even called head office but I didn't get help and I keep loosing my money, Nedbank is really useless and they are taking our money that we worked hard for thay are ******** I am Hlubi Nkosekhaya Mphalala ID *** my number ***
