Poor service

We tried to open a business account with Nedbank in Chris Hani branch,they advised that their branch does not assist with business accounts.Thay gave us a business card with contact details of a case manager who was suppose to assist us in opening a business account.We called the case manager and she advised she can't assist with a business account,she told us to contact the call centre they will be able to help us ,when we called the number they too could not help, their sending us from Pillar to post and it's an inconvenience for us , please assist
