Poor service

I app**** for a credit card last month and it was approved on the 24th of June 2021. Till today I haven't received the card and it's almost the second month. According to my knowledge the delivery supposed to take 3 to 5 days and when I call them they say they will call me back, went to branch they say card is still with the courier company. Your service is very poor. I have never had such experience ever since I started banking. Imagine if I switched my salary this means I wouldn't have acces to cash, I am so disappointed with Nedbank.
