Poor service

Scary bank.. you request to speak to a manger.. you never speak to any manager .. you hold for 40min untill they blind transfer you to another agent, the. Repeat then same thing again. Then the same thing will happen again. Very unprofessional bank.. they will put you on hold without even letting you know you on hold.. disappointing service . You speak with 7 agents no resolution no manager available all the time
