POOR SERVICE

I need a late estate account, I submitted all the document on 3rd of May, I have been making followups with the consulted that assisted me from the first time. She told me that it takes 3 months to do that, but until now no one contacted me regarding this. She also told me that there was a break in at the department of Justice, hence the delay and people responsible for those accounts are working from home. I am very disappointed at the service at Nedbank PTA CBD, Church Street.
