Poor service at smit Stanton attorneys

I very unhappy abt th level of service I am recvng at Smit Stanton.im Nedbank client. building loan was approved 2 mnths nw.smit Stanton gt instruction 2 registering my bond. But to date th proces hs takn a standstill. Convyanvng secretary extremely unprofessional. She calld 2tellme they had been apointd by bank 2 register my bond & tht ther ar certain docd she had to prep once she receives our docs.Tht ws th last call I gt frm her. I explained tht th building plan was at th municipality n sh tld me sh cn continue wit th docs without an approved plan, we can submit it at later stage. 2 days later when my partner sent the documents to her, she told him she needed an approved plan. We waited for the plan to be approved, when we sent the plan on 10/07/15 to our surprise she had the documents prepared and told my partner we needed to sign them. we stay in Zeerust n cnt go 2 mafikeng evryday. On 17/07/15 went to attorneys to sign the docs, I get there the secretary nt ther. Ws tld I shud hv made n App bt tht ws nvr explained 2me. Since ths proces statd I sent 2 emails wich wer nvr rep****. Calld several timz for follow ups. I am sick of this proces. I want Nedbank to fix. Wrtn spac smal
