Poor service at Nedbank Zewenwacht mall

I understand we dealing with the pandemic. So I stood outside to wait my turn to enter the branch that took me a ten minutes. Upon entering the branch I was directed how the line flow works. I counted how many people is in the que and which was 6 (deposit que). I thought it to be a quick transaction. However to my surprise I was sitting in the que for a full hour and 20minutes just to make a deposit. When asked why it's taking so long I got an sorry excuse of being short staffed. As they clearly had tellers available but didn't use them.
