Poor service at nedbank westgate

Good day! I am very upset about nedbank! I had to pay one of their account holders, i did so. Firs the cashier got the amount wrong, and then the refference number. They did not inform me, so now the account holder keeps on bugging me for their payment. I went numurous times to nedbank in westgate. They promise me that they will sort it out but they do not do so. Today they told me that the lady that helped me os not there, and she would phone me asap, but i am still waiting! Can this mess please be sorted out asap!!!
