Poor service at Nedbank Tembisa Plaza

I am writing this review on behalf of mu aunt, who got appalling service from the Nedbank branch in Tembisa Plaza. This happened last week, on Tuesday morning. She arrived there before 9am, which is the opening time and only left after 1pm. They stood in lines longer than any you can imagine, and to make the experience worse, the staff members were walking around, saying that they are behaving worse than children in Kindergarten, just because they were trying to keep warm by standing in the sun. By the time she set foot inside the branch, it was after 12 (this after standing in line since before 9am). Once inside, the staff members would occasionally sit and chat, not paying attention to the customers inside. When it was finally her turn to be serve, the consultant took forever to find her card, stopping to chat to her colleagues in the process. Unfortunately, they were not even wearing name tags, so we cannot name the culprits. This should be dealt with by the Nedbank head office.
