Poor service at Nedbank Clearwater

Went to Nedbank Clearwater just to be told can't open. No electricity. FNB across from Nedbank had power. On requiring why FNB has power we were told they have a generator. Asked if Nedbank has a generator were told yes there is one but it is not working!!!! Really false advertising on TV every evening on the quality of the service. SHOCKING!!!
