Poor Service at NEDBANK

I thought banking with Nedbank will make things easier but things are bad. Bad service im getting it is worse. Since I bought airtime through app on 29th of February even today I didn't get it. I called several times all I get is empty promises. 5 days they promise to sort problem with Telkom is gone. We now approaching a month.

Nedbank doesnt take me serious. All I need is My airtime or else refund me My R50 I will stop banking with You. Always when I call I hear different stories.

Please please load My airtime or reverse My money will withraw it and stop using Nedbank. Will look for other bank that will take every client serious.
