Poor service at Nedbank

We opened and diligently maintained a club account at Nedbank that has been in operation since 1996. In response to our request to change one retired signatory who had relocated to the NW province, Nedbank decided to freeze our account without prior notice instead. So much for recognition of loyalty. The staff at Nedbank Southdale are uncaring and treated us like bothersome old vagrants. We have decided to close our accounts and take our business elsewhere.
