Poor Service at Nedbank

Last week Monday i send someone who was helping me to move R600

Went to withdraw the money and it looks like as usual Nedbank had technical issues, called and got a Ref nothing was done no follow up. I have been the one who is doing follow up. 0800 no: Staff very rude and couldn't assist until I escalated my query

Nothing is happening I'm just a frustrated client sitting with ref numbers ***, and no one seems to care at Nedbank.

In December last year I made the biggest mistake of switching to this bank that does not have Empathy and this is not the first incident with them in a space of a month
