POOR SERVICE AT NEDBANK

Its almost two Months now trying to FICA my business account but Pogiso Moeketsi (business Banker) at Carletonville Nedbank he keeps on saying he forgot to submit my documents because he has a lot of work and I understood that because he promised to do it on the 7th of November 2019 but he did not do it and he was not at work for the whole week, when they called him at nedbank he promised to do it on Saturday 16th November 2019 but up to today it is not done and at the bank they saying he is attending courses they don't know when he will be back and they can not assist me as well. Now I don't know what to do.
