Poor service at Howard Center Business Banking department

Service at Howard Center busienss banking is really bad. Been more then 3 weeks I left my details for the business banker to contact me to open an account and I am still awaiting. This is really bad service. When I went in another told me he is busy I should email him. How busy are you to be open for new business. ? Mr Boosyen ***
