Poor Service at Branches

The wors banking experience i have ever had, i personally do not bank with Nedbank, but i do need to come to the branch in Bethlehem Freestate for work. Do not expect to be helped within an hour, and do not expect to be able to have a seat in the time you are waiting. I visit the branch onece a month and have always had the same experience of waiting in a STANDING cue for more than an hour to be assisted.

Definitely would not recommend Nedbank to anyone.
