Poor service and theft of funds in my account by nedbank

I have been banking with nedbank for about 4 months as i left my previous bank due to poor service.On my first month with nedbank i left R400.00 in my account which i had planned to use on a latet stage only to find the money was noy there and having previously worked in a banking environment i keep record of all my transactions anf manage them very well.And prior to that when i opened an account i was told to deposit R50.00 in the account to activate it and when i went tp collect my card i was yold by another person that it was not neccesary for me to make that payment as even that money i deposited is nowhere to be foumd and nedbank i reported the matter to them however i am not getting any feedback from them and i did not join the bank to donate momey to them.And recently i have been getting messages that i owe them and that my bank account is on a nagetive.I am dismayed as this started with them *****ing my R50.00 then my R400.00 that i had left in my account to use later and recently im being told that i owe them.This kind of serivce is very disturbing coming from such a big and reputable financial institution and i would like to get answers as to why this is happening.Seems like fujda are being ****** from us by nedbank please investigate.
