Poor Service and the App always giving issue's

This bank is not a good bank especially when you have an emergency you send money with immediately payment but that person will not get that money immediately pay you pay for it and the app is not user friendly, Capitec bank started not long time ago but they do better than Nedbank if you send money with their immediate payment that other person will get that money and their app is use friendly, Nedbank Is a big bank but I regret moving to them I want to go back to other bank.
