Poor service and no sense of urgency

Nedbank NDCRS wants to collect on prescribed debt and are busy sending me discount offers yet when you call them they know nothing about the whereabouts of the debt and they don’t even call you back. No sense of urgency to their clients to try and call them or assist I called the whole week of last week and today as well these people are ***********… somebody better call me from Nedbank *** this is merely poor service
