Poor service and leak of knowledge

I'm disappointed at Nedbank and it's service. It seem know one know has knowledge of its system .

Iv been transferred from Agent to agent for the bast 2 weeks with my issue not resolved, i visited 3 different brunches and all the consultants can't seem to be able to help with my issue.

I find it really fascinating and interesting that one can help a client.

Best one moved banks that can help their clients.
