Poor service and every consultant I've spoken to just passes the buck to the next person.

Opened a premium account with nedbank, got my American express card, I've been using my American express card alot and it's been such a headache for me to get my greenbacks rewards.. I've called nedbank 3 times now and no one has given me feedback on why I'm not getting my rewards. Each time I call the buck gets past to the next person and here I am 3 weeks later and nothing has been done.
