Poor service and client feedback

I have been waiting for a refund of R6 625.77 which was logged on 20/03/2024 by MyDebtHero, again and again nothing was done for the whole year, I reach out recently on the 10/12/2024 via email got no feedback, until I called they had a look at this matter not only that I still have not received my refund.
