Poor service and bad customer service

I received such a poor service from one of the bankers today at Nedbank Campus Square. She was not friendly at all. I requested that she print me statements she than cut me short and told me that it's not her responsibility as she is very busy. As nedbank client I don't expect that kind of service from her. Her name is Medihia Libishia. I am not clear about her name. It was the first time visiting the campus Square branch and it was my last as the service I received today was so disappointing.
