Poor service and bad attitude

Poor service customer complaint

It has to be the worst bank in Mthatha region, never before have I been treated like that, maybe I was too poor to be assisted with urgency and your processes re worth questioning…OKY lets begin. On the 14th august 2019, I was struggling to withdraw money that was on my MobiMoney account then I visited the nearest Nedbank branch which was at Nqgeleni- and I was received by a dark skinned lady who has/had braids, God she had no clue with I was talking about and I proceeded to gentleman who had a straight cut (Steve) Steve and your colleagues never forget customers your organisation and they pay for it too. You are sure to lose clients if you continue on this ********** rate.

Steve didn’t even have time to listen to what the query as he was busy on his cellphone, I stood the until he was ready to lesson. He gave me a stinking attitude for no reason maybe because I had asked him to assist me (did I have to remind him? Of his job??) Steve glitchy gave me a number to call and I called as disappointed I was, unfortunately I don’t recall the person that I spoke to but, I had to repeat myself from the beginning, the agent sent me another OTP which I already informed him that it doesn’t work, alright the agent instructed me to hand over the call to Steve which I did-Steve again took his ****** time to take the call, it was as if he was telling me or his colleagues that his in charge. They both couldn’t resolve my query…(2 hours) Did I even tell you guys during all this misdemeanour I’m expected back in court because I had sneaked out to sort this out.

Day 2, on the 15th august 2019 I woke up and I went to town (Mthatha, Yorkroad) I was received by Codelia, but, the name badge said something else like (Nok’bona) I think. She also demanded that I request a new pin as MobiMoney requires a 5 digit pin (she reminded me of Steve and braided lady and their naivety). A repetition of what happened in Nqgeleni with Steve happened again with Codelia, at this stage I’m fuming because they also asked me to call the contact centre (2 hours again with Kagiso Mokalaka and Mpumi Zungu) even after I had explained what had already happened at the other branch. According to Nedbank promise; I’m entitled to be assisted within a reasonable care and s****. I’m disappointed that Nedbank has such a poor trained and staffing personnel. At long last, a Nedbank S****ed agent called Gcobani Mkaba (Digital Genie) came to my rescue. Because I was there for over two hours it was hard not to notice me, so when he was doing his rounds he noticed that I have been on the phone for hours and he came to me to find out what was the problem and when I explained to him and he could obviously see how furious I was, he asked me to drop the call because the fact that they couldn’t assist me for two hours chances are they wont be able to at all. We went to his office where he assisted me in less than five minutes with the issue at hand. To actually realise that the only problem was that my account was blocked and none of the agents were able to pick that up. If it weren’t for the incredible and efficient service I received from Gcobani, I would have left Nedbank instantly. We need more people like Gcobani because he did this effortlessly and fast, so I would like to give him a five star rating on his customer service ability and product knowledge. Please make sure that Gcobani get this. Something needs to be done about this, I refuse to be inconvenienced and badly treated for two days as if I don’t have anything else to do because I had to put meetings on hold If Nedbank fails to deal with people like Steve, the lady with braids in Ngeleni branch as well as Codellia then Nedbank is sure to lose clients. POOR SERVICE, HORRIBLE STAFF AND BAD ATTITUDEᵎᵎᵎ
