Poor service and atrocious service

Nedbank is the worst in service. When one staff member is not at work there is no one to help.

To make it worst the consultants dont seem to care. There is no point in having a relationship with a non caring bank. Today i am paying up my debts and closing all my accounts I have with Nedbank.
