Poor service

I called today to update my insurance as I changed the regular driver to my self. They sent me the updated policy and I noticed that I was listed as single but I’m married.

I call them today to change it but it’s still the same.

I don’t understand why the premium is still the same as I’m older that the my wife. She was the pervious driver
