Poor service

Nedbank is forcing clients to do cash deposits outside at a Nedbank ATM. I deposited funds at Nedbank wellington ATM on 22 October 2021 on a Bankdefines Beneficiary MFC. I entered my Vehiche Account number as reference and received a slip from ATM to confirm deposit. On the slip it did not show the amount however I was advised that some slips print like that... Today I was followed to work by a person appointed by MFC to collect my vehicle as they did not receive payment... I deposited funds at Nedbank Wellington ATM... I received a slip and somehow their systems made a mess up and I need to suffer the consequences.
