Poor service

Nedbank has provided extremely poor service regarding my account restriction.

I updated my FICA details at the end of September 2025, yet my account remains restricted to this day.

I have visited both the Thembisa Mall and Busy Corner branches, where I spoke with management, but despite their assurances, nothing has been done.

I have also emailed Nedbank’s FICA and complaints departments multiple times, but the responses have been slow, unhelpful, or non-existent.

This delay and lack of clear communication have caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
