Poor Service

I arrived at Nedbank Thabong at 8:32 now it’s exactly 10:00 am and I haven’t been assisted all they do is get people from the queue that are opening new accounts,only 2 groups of 5 have gone in now and I’m number 5 in the queue but I haven’t been assisted.poor service.
