Poor Service

Good day,

I would like to lodge a complaint as to the very poor service from Nedbank business. We tried to open a business account and there was a 2 step process as both directors needed to complete the applications. My part was complete and when the second director had to complete his section the acceptance sms notice goes through to some other number. Which is strange as he received a sms on his correct number to say that there was an application done and that he needs to complete his section to finalise the process.

We have made contact with Nedbank via these emails and NO ONE bothered to call us or make any attempts to provide feedback and the emails were read and I received a read report?!

Is this how you treat potential new business?
