POOR SERVICE

I am so disappointed with Nedbank Signet Terrace in Lenasia . I am here for 35mins to help my husband recover a lost pin . I went to Capitec just around the corner from here for the exact service , but at Capitec I was in and out in 4minutes .Only a few tellers on site some walking in and out . Laughing out loud and chatting with one another . Many stations unmanned. People sitting and falling asleep waiting to be served . My local govt clinic functions better than this .I'm definitely moving my account from here.....and my husband's . There can be no reasonable excuse for this .
