Poor service

I cancelled a so called early debit order from Clientele which ran on the 22nd November and was supposed to run last day of the month as they did.I did debicheck on my Nedbank app authorising them to debit month end.It's the 4th now and no debit order.I contacted Clientele they say j must sort it out with Nedbank.Nedbank's cosultant I interacted with thru my app today told me that Clientele can debit my account whenever they want as they have my details the only thing she can do is apologise.So I'm stuck what if they decide to cancel my policy after all the premiums I've paid.
