Poor service.

I am currently at the Nedbank branch at the Bluff ... we have been standing in line since 7am and they are now telling us we need to make an appointment. This is after we came in last week to print statement and make an appointment..and we were informed they is no need to make an appointment. This is for a club account. Now bare in mind we have taken a day off from work to get this sorted. Name of the club is One Lady savings club
