Poor service

Nedbank on Chief Albert Luthuli Street has poor service 🚮🚮🚮🚮 I was there to confirm banking details on Z56 form but was made to stand on the queue outside the bank for more than an hour without any explanation. Only after an hour someone came to pick the few that they can able to assist, stating that their system is down. YOU CLOSED DOWN BRANCHES, NO WE ALL NEED USE THIS BRANCH. Making people stand outside without help is so unprofessional. I am just disappointed.

For you to get a better service you must drive to Midlands Mall or Hayfields. TREAT CLIENTS WITH RESPECT. JUST ****ED!!!!
