Poor service

I was having personal loan with Nedbank then I got retrenched then they did handover my account to brookslyt attorney,December 2023 I did settle the amount that I was owing and they said within 7 days my credit record will be clean,but till today I'm still asking for settlement letter and they keep on saying they will send the following day but they don't send or do anything to clear my name because I don't owe them anymore.
