POOR SERVICE!!!!

I am a nedbank client and i am disgusted by the service Nedbank was offline on Saturday 07.03.2020 was so stander ed swipe my card anywhere could withdraw money couldn't even log into my money app they didnt have the courtesy to let us know and when I withdraw money i dont get an sms immediately i get it after a few hours meaning ***** can happen on my account and I am only notified hours later so disappointed!! will def be changing banks as this is not the first instance!!!!!
