poor service

i closed my credit card from nedbank i went in the branch and asked for the settlement ,,,after I paid the settlement in full with cash ,the lady cut my card into pieces and I was happy I could close the card....a week later the lady phone me and said I must pay in a R160 in order to close it,,,,I was shocked but decide to pay it and get it over and done ,,,,this mornig she phone again and said its not close yet I must call the card division ,just to here I must pay again money for them to close this account ,,,, I dit pay them after swear words ....but this tipe of service is unexepted and I am not even sure if it is closed or not they might call me next week again
