Poor service

I've been in the queue for almost 30 minutes than when I'm about to get inside the bank they telling me that I need to be on the others queue as they do not do money deposits inside. This is a **** service. Nedbank festival mall. I have never been charged R80 before to deposit money for MFC but today I've been told they do charge.
