Poor service

My bank cards expired last year and were sent to the bluff branch in November, but due to covid I could not get the time due to the lines being long. So eventually I went a few days ago and I was told by this rude lady the cards are destroyed. I asked don't you'll send a SMS to notify she said no if you want them now you must pay cause they are destroyed after 3 months but I was not informed or asked if I'm ok am I sick can I come to the branch
