Poor service

Ive been to the branch to ask them to assist me to cancel debit order its authorized one yes but thing is i dont need it anymore as im no longer working even if someone send me money they deduct and nedbank told me that they cant help me as ive try to communicate with the company that debit i got no response im dissapointed with nedbank whereby i even want to close the account and never look back again
