Poor service

My sister in law was at Nedbank Alex mall branch my goodness service is ridiculous because she couldn't make withdrawal from the money just received. A widow crossed questioned like a fool because of R17 000 sent her. How come a mere R17 000 can be an issue? Service of that branch sucks and they are so rude.
