Poor service

Nedbank Goldfields Mall branch has closed and removed there 3 auto tellers from the Mall. I had to go to the main branch and as a Octogenerian, had to stand in a que and of the 3 auto tellers only one was working? Shocking to say the least.We as clients run the risk of being ****** and we dont know where other secure auto tellers are.Capitec bank has 2 branches in the mall. Nedbank Welkom sucks Piet Neuhoff ***
