Poor service

I've opened the bank account with nedbank on the 27th July 2022 I've deposited the money same time then afterwards it's on pending activation till today I've tried all the way to call, email them they've asked for my documents I've submitted all what they requested but still all i get is will get back to you when it's sorted out this a very poor service
