POOR SERVICE

I am terribly disappointed in the Nedbank Rustenburg branch. You appointed the most ******* staff members and security members I have ever seen. Only two employees helping clients inside the bank. The others just sitting around or EATING!!! Clients standing in a outside line from 9 to 12 and then only be helped. Staff members helping friends who don’t stand in qeues. I simply can’t believe that you have such terrible service during lock-down. I have been a client for 15 years but am definitely going to close my accounts and investments with Nedbank. I am pretty sure I won’t be the first client doing this.
