Poor service

Nedbank Poor service Very poor service by nedbank, last year june I submitted documents from Transunion as a proof that I am no longer under debt review, but till today my credit card is blocked , when sending emails about it they don't reply if it happens they don't sort the matter they keep asking me to send documents whatsoever, even if I call they don't sort the matter they keep me waiting saying they will call me back, been 7 months now nothing, worse they take so long to reply.

Again in July and August my personal loan from nedbank didn't debit , when following up about the matter they keep on saying they will me back, or else they don't answer at all only to find that my account was handed over to legal, i really don't know why because ever since I took the loan I never missed any payment. When following about the matter, they don't reply to my emails even when calling they keep on saying they will get back to me. As a results my credit score was affected so bad just because of their error.

May Nedbank card collection attend my issue please. Its draining and becoming pain now been too long yet no help.
