poor service

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Theodorah NB 198334 at Thulamahashe branch I waited 2 hours to speak to her as she promised day before yesterday that i must come at 8:00 am, only to be told that she can't help me with my issue and **** that she forwarded the business enabler offer to Londi Khoza. Theodora is very rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful, said to me she doesn't care! She gave me an unpleasant treatment on my turn for help. She didn't even bother to listen to my problem before dismissing me, she just closed her computer, stood up and left the building without letting me know that maybe its tea time or what. That's harassment basically for such behaviour in cooperate level. This is unacceptable.
