Poor service

Had a very bad experience with Nedbank….im not happy at all…on going case from Friday…logged a complaint that my account has been suspended..to this day I have not get any feedback and I’ve provided all the statements..Right now I can’t use my account stuck..Worse part I’m not even getting any feed back..what a poor service
