Poor service

Opening an account with Nedbank is fast but a follow up service is quite terrible. I have been trying to get hold of their agent for almost a week now. I have opened an account last week and it appears that my app is not active. Now I have money in the account but I can't make use of the money because the app does not allow me to make transactions. I tried to visit their branch at Rivonia Junction in Morning Side, the service was terrible, there was no even a reception when I walked in. I sat in the bank for 40 minutes without being attended. And since I was on my lunch I couldn't not wait any longer not knowing when and who shall attend me. It's really frustrating.
